Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—send an email to support@yourbusinessdepot.com or call +1 (888) 720‑7190 before we issue the Shipping Notice. If the order is still in our warehouse queue, we will void the shipment and refund 100 % of the purchase price to your original payment method.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once the Shipping Notice has been emailed, the order is in the carrier’s possession and can no longer be cancelled. Instead, please follow our Return & Refund Policy. Standard return freight and the 25 % restocking fee for non‑defective merchandise will apply.
Do custom or special‑order items qualify?
Made‑to‑order, configured, or logo‑branded products are final sale once your purchase order is acknowledged and cannot be cancelled or returned except for manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
How are refunds issued?
Approved cancellations are credited to the original payment method within three to five business days after we confirm that the order never left our facility.
