Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

Client may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be declined.

Eligibility Criteria
Returned goods must be (a) unused and unworn, (b) accompanied by all original tags and accessories, and (c) shipped in the manufacturer’s unopened packaging. A valid invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory. Items failing to meet all criteria are non‑returnable.

Return Authorization Procedure
To obtain an RMA, email support@yourbusinessdepot.com. Written approval and shipping instructions will be issued. Any merchandise received without a prior RMA will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Shipping Cost Allocation

  • Buyer’s remorse or specification change: Client bears actual return freight.

  • Supplier error (damage, defect, or incorrect SKU): Seller provides a prepaid label; Client must download and affix the label exactly as supplied.

Restocking Charge
All non‑defective returns are subject to a twenty‑five percent (25 %) restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Return Method
Returns are accepted solely via traceable mail/courier services to the address specified in the RMA. Hand deliveries or freight collect shipments are prohibited.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to Seller only upon documented receipt at the designated returns facility. Client is advised to insure the shipment accordingly.

Inspection & Refund
Within five (5) business days of receipt, Seller will inspect the goods and email the Client either (a) an approval notice or (b) a rejection with reasons. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within an additional three‑to‑five (3‑5) business days.

Delayed Credits
If credit is not visible after the timelines above, Client must (i) reconfirm with its bank or card issuer and (ii) notify Seller at the support address for escalation.

Damages / Incorrect Deliveries
Client must visually inspect freight on arrival and report any concealed or obvious damage, shortages, or SKU discrepancies to Seller within forty‑eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to notify constitutes acceptance.

Exchanges
Like‑for‑like replacement is available solely for confirmed defective or damaged units, subject to the same RMA process.

Address Corrections
Shipping‑address changes are accepted only if requested in writing within twenty‑four (24) hours of order placement.
