At Your Business Depot we source exclusively from factory‑authorized channels. Every item must meet its published specifications on arrival. If it does not, we will repair, replace, or credit the unit in line with the warranty procedures below.
Where can I find the warranty terms?
Each product ships with its manufacturer’s written warranty and a digital PDF copy is emailed automatically with your order confirmation. Need another copy? Email support@yourbusinessdepot.com with the SKU and we will resend the full warranty document within one business day—ensuring compliance with the Magnuson‑Moss Warranty Act.
What if my product is damaged?
Inspect all packages at delivery.

Visible damage: photograph the packaging and contents; refuse shipment if damage is severe, and note the issue on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery.

Suspected damage but package unopened: sign “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
Email photos and your order number to support@yourbusinessdepot.com within 48 hours. We will approve a replacement or refund—usually within one business day of verification—and arrange carrier pickup at no cost to you.
What if my product stops working after delivery?
If the unit fails within 30 days of receipt due to a manufacturing defect, we treat it as “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) and ship an advance replacement or issue a full refund upon confirmation of the fault. After 30 days, but within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will coordinate warranty service or part replacement directly with the brand on your behalf, at no additional cost for freight or labor.
