Shipping Cost & Coverage
Standard ground freight to the 48 contiguous states ships free. Locations outside that area (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international) require a separate written freight quote.
Daily Order Cut‑Off
Orders confirmed before 6 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday (U.S. federal holidays excluded), are logged for same‑day processing. Later orders roll to the next business day.
Processing Lead Time
Once payment clears and inventory is allocated, goods leave our dock within one to two business days.
Estimated Transit Time
Delivery to commercial addresses in the lower 48 typically takes four to seven business days. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
Freight Method & Delivery Terms
Most shipments move by 53‑ft tractor‑trailer (LTL/TL) and are curbside only. Inside delivery, lift‑gate, or residential accessorials are the customer’s responsibility unless quoted in advance.
Delivery Appointment Requirements
Our carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to set up a drop‑off time. Missed calls or unanswered messages can lead to storage or re‑delivery fees payable by the customer.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive two emails:
• Order Confirmation, issued after we accept payment.
• Shipping Notice with carrier details and a tracking link, sent when the freight departs our dock.
Changing Your Address
Send written address‑correction requests within 24 hours of order entry. After that, any carrier reroute fees are billed to you.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
You may cancel without penalty until we email the Shipping Notice. After dispatch, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
Damage or Shortage Claims
Inspect freight on arrival:
• Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery.
• Report concealed damage in writing to us within 48 hours.
Verified defects, damage, or shipping errors will be returned or replaced at no cost to you.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control—including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, terrorism, or carrier interruptions. Delivery timelines are suspended for the duration of such events, and we will resume obligations promptly once the event ceases.
Title & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer when the carrier signs the bill of lading at our facility. Consider cargo insurance for added protection. Carrier‑related loss or delay claims must follow carrier terms.
